You'll conduct original research in generative AI and LLMs applied to crypto-native problems, spanning reasoning under uncertainty and multi-agent coordination. You formulate research questions, design experiments, build evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with engineers to bring research into production. This research-first role targets real-world impact — agents that trade, analyze, and act for millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct original research in generative AI and LLMs for crypto and financial domains
• Design and execute rigorous experiments with clear hypotheses and statistical conclusions
• Develop novel post-training methodologies and evaluation frameworks for LLMs in crypto contexts
• Research test-time scaling techniques to improve agent reasoning in fast-moving market conditions
• Track research community developments and apply state-of-the-art techniques to Binance's challenges

📋 Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, CS, Math, Statistics, or related field
• 0–5 years of research or industry experience in ML/AI
• Deep understanding of transformer architectures, LLM pretraining dynamics, and post-training methodology
• Python and PyTorch proficiency with AI-native development practices

• Experience with reinforcement learning or agent-based systems
