💼 About This Role

You'll teach social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. You'll track progress in Central Reach and help build positive family relationships. MeBe offers paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral and communication skills in 1:1 settings
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record behavior analysis data in Central Reach
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay progress

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 18 years old or older
• RBT certification within 60 days of employment

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT certification preferred
• Background in child care, teaching, or counseling
• CPR and First Aid certification
