💼 About This Role

You'll design, launch, and iterate AI Interviewers for leading healthcare organizations. You'll translate customer screening needs into structured agent behavior and deploy voice agents into production. This role is hands-on, analytical, and sits at the intersection of conversational AI and production iteration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead technical onboarding with customers to understand hiring goals
• Design prompts and agent logic for interviewer behavior
• Build evaluation and scoring systems aligned to rubrics
• Launch new interviewers and iterate based on production metrics

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years working with LLMs or AI agents in production
• Experience designing and deploying agent workflows at scale
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and conversational edge cases
• Experience building evaluation/QA frameworks for AI systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with voice/conversational AI systems
• Strong Python skills for APIs and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with multiple LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
