📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or similar leadership role
• Strong expertise in backend architecture and distributed systems
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation
• Fluency in both English and German required
