💼 About This Role

You'll design mixed-signal circuits and PCBs for cavity ring-down spectroscopy instruments, owning schematic capture and layout. Your work directly influences the precision and scalability of systems used worldwide in environmental and industrial applications.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and validate mixed-signal circuits and PCBs for high-precision instrumentation
• Perform schematic capture and PCB layout in Altium with signal integrity focus
• Debug and validate designs using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and VNAs
• Perform incremental firmware maintenance in partnership with embedded architect

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in mixed-signal circuit and PCB design for high-performance systems
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools (Altium preferred)
• Experience with mixed-signal simulation (SPICE or equivalent)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with FPGA firmware (VHDL/Verilog)
• Experience with embedded C/C++ for bring-up and maintenance
• Strong communication skills in multidisciplinary teams
