You'll shape how millions of users experience work by unifying navigation across complex product areas. This role offers a chance to define AI-era content practices and mentor other designers at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own information architecture and navigation content strategy across Spend product.
• Lead content for cross-product initiatives like platform-wide navigation unification.
• Define content and language architecture for new product areas and markets.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly using AI tools like Claude and Figma.

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience owning content strategy for complex multi-product platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in language architecture: naming, taxonomy, navigation.
• Experience working on regulated content domains such as financial or legal products.
• Fluency in using data to validate content decisions and measure impact.
