Description

You will work alongside MongoDB's largest customers to solve complex issues related to architecture, performance, recovery, and security. You'll be an expert in running MongoDB at scale, advocate for customer needs internally, and contribute to internal tools and documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in relevant field
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
• Systems engineering experience including Linux performance, networking, security
• Basic coding/scripting in one or more languages (Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, JavaScript, Node.js, Go, etc.)
• Experience supporting complex mission-critical applications and database systems

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer issues on architecture, performance, recovery, security
• Advocate for customer needs with product management and development teams
• Contribute to internal projects including software development of support tools
• Document solutions in knowledge platform to increase team efficiency
• Share technical knowledge through training and workshops
