Description

You will lead new market expansion and densification strategies, source and evaluate real estate opportunities, oversee underwriting and financial modeling, and manage multiple complex entitlement and development projects simultaneously. Your work will directly support company growth goals and capital returns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Urban Planning or related field preferred; Master's in real estate development a plus
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in real estate development, architecture, construction management, or urban planning
• Strong understanding of development process including entitlements, design, permitting, and construction
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Microsoft Project a plus
• Knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new real estate acquisition and development opportunities
• Lead underwriting and financial modeling to assess investment viability
• Oversee due diligence and site evaluations for site selections
• Lead and collaborate with departments to ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Manage multiple complex entitlement and development projects simultaneously
