🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design and lead solution architecture for complex deployments
• Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reusable technical accelerators
• Architect self-managed and enterprise-grade deployments

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering or solutions architecture in customer-facing roles
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with production systems experience
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, and runners
• Solid systems design expertise including APIs, distributed systems, and security

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows
