You will lead an engineering team building systems and product experiences that power customer activation at Brex, including onboarding, account setup, verifications, and integrations. By partnering across Product, Design, Operations, and GTM teams and leveraging AI, you'll deliver frictionless customer journeys that help customers realize value quickly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
• 6+ years software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing engineers in high-growth environment
• Full-stack engineering leadership experience
• Track record building AI-powered product experiences

Responsibilities

• Drive business and product strategies for seamless onboarding
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define priorities
• Leverage AI to automate and improve onboarding workflows
• Drive execution of the Onboarding roadmap with timely delivery
• Lead and manage a team of engineers including hiring and mentoring
