You'll own end-to-end production of a vertical short drama series, working with an in-house AI copilot to direct, edit, and finish episodes. Your storytelling craft will define a new category in AI companionship for a global audience. This role offers the chance to pioneer AI-driven narrative content at a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1-2 series at a time (10-15 episodes per series)
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode independently
• Collaborate with AI Content Creators and exec team
• Create scripts and ensure storytelling quality

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video
• Strong scripting instincts for hooks and cliffhangers
• Experience with vertical drama platforms
• Familiarity with AI generation tools like Runway Gen-4

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Sora 2, Kling 3, or Veo 3
• Background in film editing
