Description

You will deploy, troubleshoot, and repair hardware at Starlink Points of Presence worldwide, including diagnosing fiber optic circuit failures, racking servers, and ensuring network reliability. Travel extensively to resolve issues and scale the global network, contributing to the world's most advanced broadband system.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years experience troubleshooting hardware or IT equipment in IT/telecom industry
• Ability to travel 75% of the time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Augment, deploy, troubleshoot, and repair hardware at Starlink PoP colocation sites worldwide
• Travel internationally and domestically to resolve hardware issues and deploy new hardware
• Diagnose and repair failures in fiber optic circuits
• Rack and stack router and server hardware
• Improve and create training documentation for continuous team improvement
