You'll lead engineering teams building and scaling Datadog's new Bring Your Own Cloud product that expands beyond SaaS. You'll partner with product leaders on roadmap and own execution, delivery, and cross-functional coordination. This role offers high visibility reporting directly to a VP and involves AI coding tool integration into daily workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and develop engineering teams delivering BYOC
• Partner with PM to define roadmap and release features
• Own execution, delivery, and cross-functional coordination
• Own on-call rotations, incident response, and service reliability

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading product engineering teams in scaled environments
• Experience with distributed systems design and operation at scale
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in daily workflows
