💼 About This Role

You'll lead crews of 6-15 technicians installing low voltage cabling and IP camera systems in large industrial and commercial environments. You'll perform hands-on installation, troubleshooting, and ensure all work meets safety and code requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install, terminate, and test Cat6 and fiber optic cables
• Install, aim, and focus IP cameras
• Lead crews of 6-15 technicians, providing instruction and training
• Ensure cable pathways and MDFs are dressed and bundled per safety regulations

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years as Low Voltage Cable Technician in industrial/commercial space
• 5+ years as Lead/Foreman in industrial/manufacturing environments
• Experience with CAT6 cabling, fiber optic, 24v, and 70v paging systems
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in last 3 years)

• Experience with CCTV, Fire, Security, and Alarm Systems
• Industry certifications (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA)
• Experience with Audio/Visual, Point-of-Sale systems, or media players
