💼 About This Role

You'll act as a bridge between Lalamove's technology and the driver partner community, ensuring smooth operations and process compliance. You'll manage driver supply, conduct training, and improve workflows at the Long Thanh support point in Dong Nai. This role involves on-site work at the driver support point. You'll propose new ideas to simplify daily tasks. You'll collaborate with diverse individuals to achieve team goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure stable driver partner supply and optimize vehicle usage
• Conduct driver partner training and onboarding
• Apply Lalamove logo decals on partner vehicles per standards
• Propose process improvements to simplify daily operations

📋 Requirements

• College/University degree
• 1+ year of experience in operations or customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent Vietnamese communication skills
