💼 About This Role

You'll support Civitech's mail program by ensuring seamless client communication and assisting with operational tasks. You'll help drive civic participation for progressive causes. This temporary role runs through November 2026.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide campaign updates.
• Compile and organize information from internal teams for clients.
• Develop client-facing materials like guides, templates, and reports.
• Conduct onboarding sessions with new clients for mail campaigns.

📋 Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Client-facing experience in political, advocacy, or nonprofit environments.
• Ability to compile information from multiple sources.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
