💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain a pipeline of top candidates for advanced global roles at Ajax Systems, Europe's largest security system manufacturer. You'll own the recruitment tech stack and partner closely with the global recruitment team to close both existing and future openings. This role offers the chance to shape a new sourcing function in a company driven by resilience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline for existing and future openings
• Exploring new sourcing approaches and untapped talent pools
• Owning the recruitment tech stack (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Partnering closely with the global recruitment team

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in sourcing
• Strong research skills directly related to sourcing
• Analytical mindset with data mining and OSINT interest
• Strong English (B2 level)
