💼 About This Role

You'll lead HELOC compliance initiatives and advise cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements. You'll design controls and oversee monitoring to ensure consumer protection in a digital-first lending environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise on compliant HELOC processes and requirements
• Review product designs and disclosures for compliance risks
• Design and enhance compliance controls and processes
• Oversee HELOC servicing compliance and vendor oversight

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in mortgage or home equity regulatory compliance
• Working knowledge of TILA/Reg Z, RESPA/Reg X, ECOA/Reg B
• Experience assessing risk and designing controls
• Proven ability to partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations

✨ Nice to Have

• HELOC/home equity product experience
• Experience in both bank and fintech environments
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and Jira
