💼 About This Role

You'll lead the maintenance organization to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations, focusing on maximizing asset reliability and minimizing unplanned downtime. You'll drive a proactive, data-driven reliability culture while developing and coaching your team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians.
• Develop and execute reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime.
• Ensure effective maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Manage maintenance budget and control costs while improving performance.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
• 3+ years in a maintenance or reliability leadership role
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical/electrical systems
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in regulated food manufacturing environment (USDA preferred)
• LEAN Six Sigma certification
