💼 About This Role

You'll build production-grade machine learning systems for content safety and policy enforcement at Spotify. You'll own key technical initiatives across detection, classification, and policy evaluation, driving experimentation to improve model performance and fairness. This role collaborates with Trust & Safety, Legal, and Public Affairs on critical safety features.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy ML systems for content moderation at scale.
• Own key technical initiatives across detection and policy evaluation.
• Develop and maintain ML models including multimodal and LLM-based systems.
• Build evaluation frameworks and drive experimentation cycles.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Legal, and Public Affairs teams.

📋 Requirements

• Production ML systems experience at scale.
• Proficiency with PyTorch for training and deploying models.
• Deep understanding of ML evaluation including dataset design and metrics.
• Experience with Scala or other backend technologies.
• Ability to lead technical projects and influence product direction.
