You'll lead market research strategies to drive pre-commercialization and launch readiness for a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Your insights will directly influence brand strategy and high-stakes decisions. This role offers the opportunity to harness AI in market research and shape a growing commercial team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated market research strategies for pre-commercialization and launch.
• Serve as strategic thought partner to Commercial team, framing high-impact business questions.
• Design primary market research with HCPs, patients, and caregivers.
• Manage external research agencies and budget, right-sizing research for decisions.
• Analyze insights across analytics functions to provide consistent market opportunity view.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech or management consulting in market research/data science.
• Proven track record in strategic analytics including secondary data analytics and data science.
• Experience leading market research on pre-launch and in-line products in competitive environment.
• BA/BS in quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics).

• MS and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience in dermatology or atopic dermatitis preferred.
• Experience building analytic plans and leading research projects.
