This role offers relocation to Milan and the chance to work on complex microservices systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive technical analysis and design for multi-service projects
• Implement robust testing strategies and oversee gradual rollouts
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices
• Take ownership of features from design to production

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of back-end software engineering experience
• Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot
• Proven experience with microservices and cloud environments
• Strong ability to conduct technical analysis for large-scope projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS cloud platform
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch
• Background in FinTech or startup environment
