You'll provide risk advisory and assurance on key areas including regulatory, financial, and operational controls for Coupang Financial. You'll build the audit universe and risk register, driving process improvements and reporting to leadership. This role offers the chance to shape internal audit strategy in a fast-growing fintech ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise management on risk and control frameworks.
• Design risk registers and audit universe for end-to-end processes.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements.
• Develop annual audit plans and report to audit committee.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in audit, accounting, IT, economics, or risk management.
• Professional certification (CISA, CIA, CPA) or MBA.
• 7+ years of audit experience.
• English proficiency and fintech/eCommerce industry experience.
