You'll manage a client portfolio to drive retention and growth through consultative sales across multiple channels (phone, chat, email, WhatsApp) for a leading fintech company. You'll proactively identify opportunities and prevent churn, ensuring clients thrive. - Manage client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
- Conduct proactive outreach to map performance and negotiate terms
- Act predictively to anticipate and reverse potential churn
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives
๐ Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial experience
- Currently pursuing or completed higher education
- Experience with active B2B client contact
- Proficiency in multi-channel communication management
