You'll manage a client portfolio to drive retention and growth through consultative sales across multiple channels (phone, chat, email, WhatsApp) for a leading fintech company. You'll proactively identify opportunities and prevent churn, ensuring clients thrive.   • Manage client portfolio to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities
  • Conduct proactive outreach to map performance and negotiate terms
  • Act predictively to anticipate and reverse potential churn
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and initiatives

  • Minimum 1 year of commercial experience
  • Currently pursuing or completed higher education
  • Experience with active B2B client contact
  • Proficiency in multi-channel communication management
