💼 About This Role

You'll lead a small team developing ASICs and FPGAs for cutting-edge satellite systems that support national security. Your work will enable unprecedented data delivery to service-members. This role offers the chance to lead a phenomenal engineering team from initial design through on-orbit operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architectural trades for features, performance, and system limitations
• Define micro-architecture and implement RTL in Verilog/SystemVerilog
• Provide timing constraints and support physical implementation team
• Participate in silicon bring-up and validation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related
• 5+ years of experience in RTL implementation and/or FPGA/ASIC development
• 2+ years of experience with direct report management or mentoring an engineering team

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with multicore CPU subsystem design
• Experience with high speed and low power design techniques
• Scripting skills (Python, TCL, etc.)
