💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based therapy for clients in an outpatient group practice, working with adults or children experiencing trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and more. You'll enjoy scheduling autonomy and a strong referral stream to maintain a full caseload. This role offers a hybrid telehealth and in-person schedule across multiple Massachusetts locations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct evidence-based therapy with children or adults
• Manage a full caseload via hybrid telehealth and in-person sessions
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary clinical team
• Supervise interns and postdoctoral fellows (optional)

📋 Requirements

• Licensed or license-eligible Psychologist (EdD/PsyD/PhD)
• Experience with evidence-based treatment for the specified populations
• Ability to work hybrid schedule including telehealth and in-office
