💼 About This Role

You'll own full-cycle recruiting for multiple open roles at a space station company building artificial-gravity human-rated spacecraft. You'll partner with hiring managers and drive sourcing strategies to attract top talent. This fixed-term role offers a chance to contribute to a historic mission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates
• Manage candidate pipelines and facilitate interview debriefs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to source and engage passive candidates

• Recruiting experience in manufacturing, software, or corporate functions
• Experience using Greenhouse or similar ATS
• Experience in high-growth or fast-scaling organizations
