💼 About This Role

You'll join the Finance team managing collections and customer service for a leading cannabis company. Your work ensures quick resolution of credit holds and accurate account reconciliations. This role offers exposure to ERP systems like Sage Intacct.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Contact customers with past due balances via email or phone
• Reconcile customer balances to ensure accuracy
• Work with internal Sales team to resolve past-due balances
• Update collection spreadsheet and archive audit documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of AR experience with high volume of cash
• Experience with financial accounting and ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• Experience with Sage Intacct
