💼 About This Role

You'll own the Salesforce administration and CPQ configuration for a high-growth SaaS company, optimizing the entire Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. Your work directly impacts scalable GTM operations and partners across Sales, Finance, and Customer Success. This role stands out with equity ownership and a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize and scale Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
• Build automation using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects
• Own Salesforce CPQ configuration: products, bundles, pricing, discounting, approvals
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and GTM teams to translate requirements into system execution

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ
• Strong experience supporting Quote-to-Cash workflows
• Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
• Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Revenue Cloud Consultant certification
• Experience with revenue tools like RCA or ARM
