💼 About This Role

You'll be the first voice families hear when exploring early education options, guiding them through the enrollment process. Your core impact will be converting inbound leads into enrollments by managing a high volume of calls and building trust with prospective families. You'll work in a hybrid environment and have the opportunity to earn up to $110,000 OTE.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage 40-50+ inbound calls per day to convert leads into tours and enrollments
  • Guide families through the enrollment journey with empathy and speed
  • Partner with school directors to manage classroom capacity and forecast enrollment
  • Attend occasional in-person events to promote brand awareness

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, inside sales, or customer service
  • Proven experience with lead conversion and objection handling
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work adjusted hours including occasional weekends

  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
  • Experience with CRMs and reporting tools
