You'll manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving product adoption and value realization through tailored strategies. You'll act as a trusted advisor, engaging with executive stakeholders to align business goals with measurable outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage enterprise client portfolio from onboarding to renewal
- Build relationships with stakeholders including executive leadership
- Develop data-driven success plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with sales teams
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise customer success, account management, or consulting
- Proven ability to manage large, complex accounts
- Fluency in French and English; additional European languages a plus
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders
- Understanding of digital analytics and data-driven decision-making
