You'll optimize manufacturing processes and implement new production techniques for life-saving drones used by over 600 public safety agencies. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and quality of our innovative ecosystem of tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge designs to mass production.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate design specs into manufacturing and test procedures
• Collaborate with design and quality engineering on production processes
• Utilize productivity metrics to refine manufacturing processes
• Select, install, and maintain manufacturing equipment

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, electrical engineering, or related field
• 1+ years experience in hardware/manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with scaling manufacturing from NPI to mass production
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent CAD software

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in engineering or related field
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
• Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0
