💼 About This Role

You'll be the sole designer at an AI-native hiring company, owning the full product design cycle from conversational AI to candidate and B2B tools. You'll set the design standard and establish core principles across an expanding product surface. This hybrid role offers direct impact and autonomy in a high-growth startup with a $25M Series B.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to dev hand-off.
• Lead AI-forward design for conversational workflows and agent interactions.
• Maintain and evolve the design system across product surfaces.
• Partner deeply with PM and Engineering in sprint planning.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to drive improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years designing digital products end-to-end.
• Figma fluency (components, variables, auto-layout, dev-mode).
• Comfort with lean research (moderated tests, unmoderated studies, surveys).
• Solid understanding of React/HTML/CSS fundamentals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience unifying design systems across multiple products.
• Background in both B2B SaaS and B2C consumer products.
• Exposure to conversational AI, chatbot, or agent-based product design.
