Description
You will deliver personalized in-home fitness training, designing custom workout programs, and using the Svetness Fitness App to track client progress. Your role is to empower clients to reach their fitness goals through one-on-one and couples sessions.
Requirements
- Accredited Personal Trainer certification (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong communication skills and basic nutrition knowledge
- Reliable transportation and personal basic training equipment
Responsibilities
- Customize client workout programs from Initial Assessment
- Use Svetness Fitness App for programming, session notes, and progress tracking
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications
- Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
- Maintain flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes for client sessions
