💼 About This Role

You'll provide pre-sales and post-sales support for Gator Bio's innovative biotech instruments. Develop protein-protein interaction assays using proprietary technologies. This remote role combines technical expertise and customer engagement in the biotherapeutic space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver advanced technical application support at customer sites and conferences.
• Perform BLI analysis of customer samples for specificity, kinetics, and affinity.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support including product demonstrations and training.
• Develop application notes and technical documents for new innovative applications.

📋 Requirements

• PhD or MS with 5+ years experience in label-free technology (BLI, SPR).
• Experience with immunoassay development such as ELISA, SPR, or BLI.
• Ability to travel upwards of 50% and work from remote home-base.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools like SFDC.

✨ Nice to Have

• Expertise in Bio-Layer Interferometry or Surface Plasmon Resonance products.
• Liquid handler experience with Tecan, Hamilton, or Perkin Elmer.
• Experience with protein-protein interaction assay development.
