You'll own the full growth funnel for Marco Polo Circles, a product that helps people build real friendships through video messages. You'll lead paid marketing performance, cross-functional growth teams, and drive AI-powered growth capabilities. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full growth funnel for Circles including acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, referrals, and upgrades
• Lead paid marketing performance across mobile and social channels like Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Manage a cross-functional growth team of marketers, product managers, and designers
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI tools across acquisition, creative, and lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of growth or performance marketing experience
• 4+ years in people management at a consumer company
• Deep experience in paid user acquisition across mobile and social platforms
• Active and ongoing obsession with AI in marketing demonstrated by changing how your team works

• Experience marketing a subscription product
• Understanding of LTV, payback periods, and sustainable growth
• Track record of driving results with lean resources
