Description

Lead the Application, Platform, and Offensive Security functions at a privacy-first technology company building infrastructure for digital identity and AI trust frameworks. You will embed security engineers within engineering teams, enforce platform security on AWS, run penetration testing and red-team exercises, and lead a diverse team of security professionals.

Responsibilities

• Embed security engineers within Engineering teams, reviewing architecture and building threat models
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and drive vulnerability management
• Enforce least-privilege IAM, network security, secrets management, and infrastructure hardening on AWS
• Run penetration testing and red-team cyber exercises for production services
• Lead a diverse security team through mentoring, setting SMART objectives, and building a culture of experimentation
