You'll manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via telehealth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office and occasional telehealth visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.

📋 Requirements

• NP or PA program with national certification.
• State licensed in California by start date.
• 2 years outpatient primary care experience in past 5 years.
• 1 year outpatient primary care plus 1 year fellowship or urgent care.

• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion.
