You'll lead a team driving EDC machine sales to merchants across Chittoor, building a high-performing sales force and expanding Paytm's merchant network. This is a key role in India's largest digital payment ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales executives
• Set team goals and delegate tasks with deadlines
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Resolve merchant queries and drive engagement

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in sales/B2C business development
• Proven experience in quota-driven sales
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area
