You'll oversee the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and compliant processing for US and Canadian payrolls. Your core impact is leading payroll operations, managing systems like Workday and CloudPay, and driving process improvements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions for US and Canadian payrolls
• Interpret and implement involuntary garnishments and child support orders
• Collaborate with HR and Benefits on employee changes and benefit deductions
• Oversee payroll tax filings and reporting via OSV vendor
• Maintain and optimize Workday (US) and CloudPay (Canada) payroll systems

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of multi-state payroll experience
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, FLSA, Federal/state/local tax regulations, and California labor laws
• Advanced Excel or payroll analytics skills
• Experience with Workday, CloudPay, or OSV payroll systems
