🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production professionals
• Oversee production schedules for new releases and reprints
• Collaborate with inventory management and suppliers to optimize lead times
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and schedules
• Ensure quality standards across all print products and vendor outputs

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in book production within publishing
• 6+ years of leadership experience managing production teams
• Strong understanding of print manufacturing processes and supply chains
• Excellent financial, analytical, and cost control capabilities
