You'll drive product analytics for Lendable's new consumer banking product, a high-growth fintech unicorn. Your insights will directly shape product strategy and experimentation. You'll establish analytical best practices and act as a key thought partner to leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as analytical lead for new consumer banking product
• Design and analyze A/B tests end-to-end
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for product metrics
• Partner with product, growth, and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, product-led environment preferred
• High proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Hands-on dbt experience
• Skilled in experimentation frameworks and causal inference

• Experience in product or fraud analytics
• Background in retail banking analytics
• Familiarity with deposit or payments products
