💼 About This Role

You'll lead a cross-functional team of soil scientists and software engineers to develop SOC models for Klim's platform. You'll own the product roadmap for carbon, biodiversity, and agronomic models, expanding modeling capabilities to drive commercial scalability. This role directly impacts regenerative agriculture and helps combat climate change at a mission-driven startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate scientific models into clear product requirements and features.
• Improve accuracy and scalability of carbon models.
• Ensure alignment with key standards such as VERRA VM0042.
• Lead and prioritize work of cross-functional team.

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of product management experience in data-heavy or technical products.
• Proven track record of shipping products end to end.
• Experience running development cycles and sprints.
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
