You'll oversee patient supply, materials planning, logistics, and cold chain management across the manufacturing network, driving strategic process optimization in a fast-paced environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Supply Chain organization supporting cell therapy manufacturing
• Develop GMP production planning and supply chain processes
• Establish robust S&OP process across manufacturing network
• Oversee ERP system implementation and supply chain roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, life science, or engineering
• 15+ years in cGMP biotech/pharma operations or supply chain
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Experience supporting ERP systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Cell/Gene Therapy or CDMO experience
• Operational Excellence or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Experience building cohesive teams
