You'll act as a strategic advisor to enterprise and mid-market clients, helping them maximize value from a complex HR platform. You'll drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion while owning executive relationships and commercial outcomes.   • Own end-to-end success of mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Develop executive-level relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Lead onboarding, adoption, and value acceleration initiatives.

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS platforms and HR tech ecosystems.
