💼 About This Role

You'll lead the North EMEA Enterprise Solutions Engineering team at Netskope, driving cloud security solutions for enterprise customers. You'll recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance SE organization while partnering with leadership on growth strategies. This role offers the opportunity to shape a dynamic team in a fast-paced, innovative cybersecurity company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Recruit, hire, and onboard Solutions Engineers for your territory.
• Provide technical and business leadership for the SE organization.
• Train and mentor new Solutions Engineers and define training curriculum.
• Support field SE team in complex evaluations and troubleshooting.
• Assist Channel team in enabling Partner SEs on Netskope demos and POCs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Solutions Engineering leadership experience.
• 5+ years as an individual contributor Solutions Engineer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to executives.
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies including Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, Encryption gateways.
