💼 About This Role

You'll lead the development and optimization of next-generation immunoassay products using Spear Bio's proprietary SPEAR technology. Your work will directly impact early disease diagnosis and monitoring by advancing ultrasensitive biomarker detection. This is a key role in a rapidly growing biotech startup with a novel wash-free immunoassay platform that offers unprecedented sensitivity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, develop, and coordinate immunoassay product or process development projects.
• Independently design, execute, and analyze experiments to justify technical decisions.
• Document experimental results and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
• Serve as subject matter expert for root cause investigations and corrective actions.

📋 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Bioengineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of postdoc or industry experience developing immunoassay products.
• Experience with assay validation, transfer to manufacturing, and product commercialization.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
