Description

You will analyze medical costs, forecast financial outcomes, and identify cost-saving opportunities within the Medical Cost Analytics team. You'll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to build models and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

  • College degree in a STEM field (e.g. Economics, Actuarial Science, Health Economics)
  • 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience using SQL
  • Track record of building analytics that drive business decisions
  • Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries or on track (bonus)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain models to forecast financial impact of clinical and payment policy changes
  • Perform sensitivity analyses and stress testing on models
  • Analyze integrated claims and operational data to identify cost and trend drivers
  • Conduct retrospective studies to measure actual financial and clinical outcomes
  • Build repeatable analytic processes and create executive-ready visualizations
