💼 About This Role

You'll lead the top-of-funnel growth strategy at GoDaddy, owning the full front door of our Commerce platform. You'll drive measurable revenue impact by coordinating product, sales, and engineering around a unified growth engine. This role offers the chance to shape how millions of entrepreneurs first experience GoDaddy Commerce.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own entire top-of-funnel experience for AI-first products
• Drive GPV growth and conversion rate improvement through product-led initiatives
• Define success metrics across funnel stages
• Build and maintain rigorous experimentation program

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• 5+ years leading product teams at Director or Senior Director level
• Proven success owning top-of-funnel growth in sales-assisted or hybrid PLG/sales motion
• Hands-on experience with experimentation infrastructure (A/B testing platforms, attribution modeling)

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in SMB, commerce, or marketplace products
• Experience leading product at a company transitioning from inside sales to product-led growth
• Strong people leadership skills including hiring and coaching
