You'll own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers of a healthcare SaaS platform. You'll lead milestone calls, set expectations, and guide adoption to ensure success. This role offers a chance to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction in a rapidly growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding over 60 days
• Conduct milestone onboarding calls with customers
• Guide customers through self-paced eLearnings and training
• Document interactions, milestones, and requirements

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer-facing implementation experience
• Experience in SaaS environments as project coordinator or customer success
• Strong project management or coordinator background
• Excellent communication skills
